Our first Kenyan Sand boa litter!

I'd thought that Chaos was gravid but then she was about 2 months beyond when I was expecting her to give birth, so I gave up on her. But at the beginning of Dec. she gave birth to a litter of 8 live and 2 stills. Was quite the surprise!

Finally have 7 of them eating, with just one holdout. Any tricks that worked for y'all with KSBs?

So I just got individual pictures of the ones eating over the past few days.

First up is CxC12119-1, a female Albino eating F/T.

CxC12119-2, an Albino male taking F/T.

All the rest are Snows, males and currently eating live, though I'm hopeful they will switch soon.

Congrats! I've never worked with these, so not much help, but looks like a nice 'first litter'. Some snakes do keep us guessing, don't they?

Congratulations on the cute KSBs! The snows are really cool.
