    Snake vomiting a plastic bottle

    WHAT???

Is this real??? Would a snake (Cobra) swallow a plastic bottle, without some "forced" help from some dumbass??

If so why would it do this?? Inquiring minds (mine) would like to know. This is not in the US, It from India.

Yes, I do believe it happened...maybe the bottle held water & there is drought? or the snake smelled other ("edible") wildlife on the bottle & just went for it?
Even though cobras have better vision than most snakes, they don't make their decisions based on sight alone...scent cues are still the way of the serpent.

I'm so glad the cobra was able to hack it up & I hope it did no internal harm. Lots of our plastic trash ends up in the ocean, where it collects in massive amounts.
We should be at least as smart as the Indian government is (below). It's time to stop putting quick profits before the health of humans, animals & the planet...which
also means supporting a government that shares our values...& NOT one that rescinds environmental regulations & is on the side of corporate polluters!

"The Indian government is fighting against to stop single-use plastic in the country by taking several strict actions against those who caught selling plastic products or using. Plastic is not only dangerous for humans and the environment but also for the animals, reptiles, and birds, who eat it considering it as food."
