    Brumation?

    Happy thanksgiving yall!!!

Just thought a make a quick post to help me settle me down while I feast on all the foods!

So I've had my Chinese Water Dragon for a few months, but I for the past 2-3 weeks or so he has not really.come.out of his hide and has not really ate very much. I force him out of his hide and feed him once a week but he wont come out on his own.

Is he doing the brumation stuff? Normal behavior for a CWD?

Temps inside enclosure and humidity are about the same as they were when I first got him. It's not cold in my room either.

    Thanks for the answers.

    Re: Brumation?

Honestly I can’t say yes or no with anything other then Bearded Dragons. I only know them, didn’t realize it was a lizard thing for brumation.
