    Incubator bling!

Just finished my new incubator. Considering how much bigger it is than my previous one I'm surprised it only holds two more clutches. The tubs are slightly larger though and had room for two much larger tubs in case I get a couple real big clutches. That was my main issue with my last incubator, the tubs were so small I had a hard time fitting even an 8 egg clutch without having to rearrange a couple eggs so that the sides and even top cleared. That shouldn't be an issue anymore and in all honesty, I don't plan to ever have more than 10 clutches at a time anyway so this one should be good for me.

I added lights to this one because it was hard to look for pips without opening the door. They aren't very bright but should help seeing in and certainly has to be better than nothing.

I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. It cost me less to build this one than what I sold my old one for so that's a huge plus, not often do you make money upgrading anything lol.

Just wanted to share how it came out.

Yep! I saw it on the back of a scrappers truck so I chased him down and made him an offer he couldn't refuse

Very nice! Only thing I noticed is, you may want to think about reinforcing the shelves or using a different material because the light reflectors can be pretty brittle. Once you fill those tubs with substrate and a clutch they can get pretty heavy and I'd hate to see a shelf give out. Other than that, it looks like you did a really nice job!
