Very confused about my pastel’s changes in color!

First post ever on here! Anyway, the deal is: my pastel female has just recently turned 2, and she’s been growing fast lately and gaining healthy weight and seems to be sexually maturing, so when she shed and still looked unusually and strangely brown after, I assumed she just lost her beautiful bright yellows and blushing due to browning out like many pastels do. But tonight she came out to “hunt” and eat.. and my bright yellow pastel is back. She was a much noticeably darker brown with less blushing for around 1.5-2 weeks. And there is no shed anywhere in her cage. I’m happy she’s “back” to being a higher quality pastel but I cannot find anything on this online at all.. and I know it’s not just my eyes because I took photo proof and others also noticed and pointed out how she turned brown despite just having shed. If anyone knows anything about weird stuff like this, please help me out lol. Thanks
