Where can I get a brighter black night bulb?
So I've been using Fluker's black night bulb for pretty much all of Crowley's life, he now uses 100w. It was nice and dark but still bright enough for me to see the snake. He loved it so much, I remember trying different bulbs and he was only active when this one was used. Well I got the same brand of bulb recently, tried 2 stores (they were both local so probably same shipment) and they are so dark they barley even light up the bamboo perch it's near. They were 100w. I ordered some cheap ones from China and I should of expected those were going to be just as dark.
What brand should I get to get a brighter black night bulb? Does Fluker's still make them that way and I got a bad batch? Or did they redesign them to be darker? My little Crowley is so much less active with the dark bulb, I think he misses his "moon". I am in Canada but if there are reliable brands elsewhere I'd consider getting them if I have no options here.
