    Like father, like son

So I’ve posted these guys before, but here’s a good comparison shot.

    Backstory:
The male was purchased in 2015 as a Super Pastel YB. His first season breeding he proved not to be a Super Pastel but what I believe to be a Firefly YB. He is pictured with a son from his second year breeding. (2018) The pairing that produced this guy was “FFYB” x Pastel.

What I can’t figure out (yet) is where is the orange flames/ over all color coming from. The most this guy should be is a Super Pastel version of dad. Some have suggested Dad is carrying OD or McKenzie possibly. I don’t think it’s either.

A few more shots of the son:

Any thoughts or opinions are appreciated!
