    Question Size?¿?

When you first get a corn...how big should it be? I am wondering because my sisters' creamsicle is about 6 in. long and it is really tiny in size. The clutch that i am getting was hatched in september (I think)soo.. i am just wondering how big it should be?¿?

    thanks,

    Re: Size?¿?

Well.. lots of people like to start with babies, and baby corns are tiny. It's up to you if you want a bigger one.

Hatched in september isn't long ago, so they won't be very big.

    Re: Size?¿?

Remember too that corns are much lighter in body size when they mature than a ball python is, so it's reasonable that they are much smaller babies than you are used to handling with our ball pythons.

I'm not sure how close in size cornsnakes and nelson's milksnakes are. We need to do more research! LOL

Corns and nelson's are pretty similar size wise. Babies are little wiggle worms.

I've seen nightcrawlers that are bigger than my baby colubrids.
