He had his vet appointment yesterday. Turns out he has a tape worm. He got 2 injections and has to go back in 2 weeks for a follow up. Otherwise he was in great shape. Weighed in at 508 grams.
After getting his shots he was not to excited!

Now, without having the poo tested your just guessing. Unless the poo was fresh. As the "worms" you saw "could" be larva from the cage, house or something else.
Google for a Vet or lab to send the sample to. Heck, a dog an cat Vet can test it also.

Glad to know for sure there's an injectable treatment for snakes now too...I thought so but wasn't sure. (I had good reason to use oral meds for w/c in the past anyway...it's not fun giving an injection to a rattlesnake, lol)
