    What is Going On Here

Hello!! So I have been working with a particlar male Mojave for quite a few years. I think he sired about 4-5 clutches. I recently paired him up to a Lesser female in hopes to get a BEL. She laid 6 eggs. I ended up getting my BEL (YAY!) but I also go 2 Mojaves. One looks like a normal Mojo, the other is pretty crazy. In all my clutches I have neever seen one come out like this. What do you guys think.

    Mojo #1

    Mojo #2

What do you think is going on with the white ring close to the tail?

No idea, but it looks really cool just the same. Looks like you have a dinker project.

After going through a handful of Mojave pics, i'd say its just a little something extra special. It seems unusual to have blushing go that far up the sides, let alone to make a complete ring. You could be on the cusp of finding a new variety of Mojave!

    That would be sweet.

Just probed it and its a boy. Should I breed back to the mom or another offspring that came from the Mojave dad?

Let's see a pic of the mom, it looks like more than just Mojave to me. If you put him back to the mom you could prove if shes holding another gene and possibly hit the super.
