Het pied
I’ve never really understood “pied markers. I’ve heard breeders refer to “tracks” on the belly as confirming whether or not something is het pied. Could this snake be het pied?

You don't use Pied markers to confirm whether or not something is het pied you confirm that by your pairing, same when you buy an het pied, markers or lack there of do not make the animal het or not as markers are not always conclusive. Not all her pieds have markers and not all animals with markers are het pieds.
What breeders will do is hold some possible het pied based on some markers, I have done it over the years and all have proved out.
What breeder will also do is sell possible hets as normal I do it all the time they are just not worse holding or selling as poss hets.

Re: Het pied
I don’t plan on breeding, but I’m asking because my daughter bought this snake at a reptile show a couple years ago. She said they told her it was a vanilla 100% het something, she couldn’t remember what they said. She wasn’t familiar with all the different genetics and just bought the snake because she liked how it looked. I’m only asking because I’ve heard about pied markers and “tracks” but I have no clue what that would look like.

A really good set of het pied tracks would have a longer stretch of black along either side near the tail. As pointed out, it isn't 100%. Without knowing if this one was even from a pied project I wouldn't count on it but of course she could well be het pied. Another thing I see in het pieds a lot is a busy dorsal pattern with lots of hooks.
I have proven quite a few known possible het pieds held back because of the marker and also failed to prove a well tracked girl of unknown origin.
