Bumps through whole body on a newborn

I'm waiting for the first shed and now small bumps appeared through the whole body. Everyone else is fine and started to shed, just this only one got something not right. What could this be?

Could be a serious bacterial infection, but you need a vet to diagnose (& treat, if you want to help snake recover). I've never seen such a thing in any of my
snakes though...this is just my best guess...good luck & do let know? I'd say this is urgent.

Vet confirmed I did nothing wrong. These are abscesses, and they start internally from liver. Basically by nature this snake should have not survive, as it was a weak hatchling. It left its 3/4 yoak in the egg. The umbilical cord did not heal up properly and from there it got infected.
Started to treat with antibiotics, but 90% it wont survive.

I never thought nor meant to imply that you did anything wrong...obviously since this is a hatchling; interesting to note your other details (poor absorption in the egg &
poor closure of umbilicus). I agree, it doesn't stand much of a chance, but good luck with the antibiotics anyway. All we can do is try sometimes. Thanks for sharing

Sometimes you can do everything right and it's still not enough.

    Good luck.
