    Zombie Snakes

I thought it would be fun for us to share pictures of our "zombie" mode snakes (i.e. in blue/shed). Feel free to add on any pictures you've taken of your snakes in shed. Bonus points for funny pictures!

Mexican black kings like Ganon here do a very good zombie impression.

Of all the million pictures I have of Crowley, I don't think I have a single one when he's in blue, he's usually hiding and only shows his face to tell me he's in shed then hides again. Awesome thread idea though I love it.

Most of my pictures come from doing a thorough spot clean inspection and lifting a hide I didn't realize they were using, haha. But I have a few who across hungry and poke their head out even in shed.

I normally don't pick them up in blue like that, but I had to get a picture of his first and I like to test the in blue temperament of new snakes as a one-off. I keep it brief so it won't impact anything and keeps them from stressing about it. (It also gives me an idea how careful I need to be doing water or spot cleaning for future sheds to avoid getting bit if they're agitated in blue or not.)

My pictures always seem to rotate when I post them, but here is Ghost in "blue" (or really in pink).

I think your guy is about 12 hours further into blue. Hahaha. Mine was just a tiny bit transparent, this is FULL opaque. Very nice!

    Re: Zombie Snakes

A picture of my sunglow boa Cas getting ready for a shed. I love when red/orange snakes turn pink in shed. (As an albino he doesn't really go zombie mode with blue over the eyes, but if he could, he would be in this picture.)
