    Well, not the wildlife refuge, but the side of the house next to my apartment when I got home from campus today... still a Mississippi native herp though so it counts in my book.

    When I lived in Tennessee, I used to find the tails in my garage all the time. I'm fairly certain that the rest of the lizard got away most times.

    Daytime herping this past weekend. 4 yearling and juvenile alligators, a water turtle of some sort, and a Nerodia sp.
