    Update on Clutch #1

Pairing: Lesser 66% het OG x Leopard Mojave

Here are some update pics of my first clutch, all but one have shed. I'll post a pic of her after she sheds.

The one that hasn't shed is a normal female, she's also the only one who has eaten so far.

The BELs have eaten 5 meals and are already marked as sold. I decided to sell them both, I can make more BELs if I want another one

Nice clutch! Those bels look super clean, beautiful!
How old are they? If the one hasn't shed yet, but the others already had five meals, she is way behind and you may need to help her get that first shed off and get her eating asap. Good luck getting her on track.

They are a month old, I have been feeding the BELs every 6 days and offering the others every 7 days.

The one who hasn't shed ate so I'm hoping that meal helped kick her into shed mode in the next few days.
I've been keeping her humidity bumped up to help too.

I had one other hatchling from a 2017 clutch do the same thing, didn't shed for a month and a half but eventually did shed.

The BELs are the only ones eating, the others haven't taken a meal yet besides the normal that hasn't shed, she's had one meal last night.

    Good to hear she ate.

Keeping the humidity up is huge for that first shed. I actually keep my hatchlings at 100% humidity for that first week of life by keeping them in the egg box in the incubator with wet paper towels until they shed. All of mine have shed by about a week. Once they shed I put them in their own tub in my hatchling rack and then offer their first meal within a week after they shed. This last clutch, 5 out of 7 took their first meal offered last night. I'll try the other 2 again around Friday. Just wanted to share my hatchling startup procedure since I've had 100% success rate doing things this way over the last few years, could be helpful for future clutches.

Now for this girl, just make sure to keep her humidity as high as possible until she gets that first shed off. Good luck.

Thank you I will continue to offer the rest of the clutch on normal feed days (every friday) and hopefully they will eat soon.
I have them in their own tubs and am using coconut chips for the substrate, paper towels dry out too fast for me too keep up with. The chips keep the humidity up where I need it.

I put them in their tubs after they crawl out so they get familiar to the tub quicker. I've got water and hides in with them also.

Almost all of the double het DG Clowns have shed already too!

Also my OD Fire YB clutch has pipped today but couldn't get a pic quick enough and it pulled its head back into the egg lol

From what I saw I've got some rippers in this clutch! No normals again!!! Gonna be a long couple days waiting for them to come out lol
