    Clutch #3 has pipped!

Pairing is Firefly x Butter Pastel

Woke up today and saw a baby pipped I cut a little flap in the rest of the clutch and took a small peek.

I Can't 100% ID them yet but I don't have any normals which is great! I'll keep updating this thread as they crawl out.

My next clutch is due to pip any day now too! Super excited.

One has crawled out, can tell if its a butter pastel or butter fire but its a pretty little noodle for sure
    Thoughts?

My guess is fire butter but I think it will be a lot easier to tell once you have the siblings out to compare to.

They do take their sweet time don't they? I've been checking back here to see if they have emerged yet. I'm not a breeder, but this is my fav time of year on this forum, to see all the babies
2 BP's, one ratsnake, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 small caged birds, 7 chickens, and a toddler in a pear tree

    Re: Clutch #3 has pipped!

Only 3 left in their eggs and of course its the 3 I'm really wanting to see lol

So far in these pics it looks like I got:
    Butter
    Fire butter
    Pastel?
    Fire

The fire looks to be the only male so far but I'll re sex them after they shed and eat too.

    Re: Clutch #3 has pipped!

They are Finally all out! I'm very pleased with the results of this clutch!
My guesses (in order of the pics)

    Fire
    Pastel
    2 butter fires
    Butter
    fire butter pastel?
    Superfly?
    Super pastel fire butter?

Thoughts on these hatchlings? Please correct me if I'm wrong on my guesses
