    Please help!!

My ball python dreya just shed last night. This is her first shed since i bought her. This morning i went to take the shed out of her tank and saw that there was blood near the vent of the shed and went to look at her and saw her "legs" had alittle dried blood and a spot on her back which i got a picture of. I do have a rock in her tank that i thought would help her shed but is it possible this hurt her? Do i need a vet now? She is kepts on half eco earth and half paper towel because she stopped using her hot hide if there is substrate in there...
Her humidity before shed is kept at 50%- 60% and during shed i kept her at 80% humidity her cool side is between 77-80 and warm side is 90-93. I use an uth connected to a thermostat. i do have some rocks in her enclosure but i didnt think they could hurt her.... If anyone reads this i don't know how to add photos to this

Like the others said, nothing to worry about.

But it never hurts to ask, so good on you for asking.

Ask all the questions you may have, we're happy to help.

And P.S. Welcome to the forum and the wonderful world of snake keeping.

You're very welcome. We were all new once. Luckily you found this forum, it's a fantastic resource. When I first started out around 20 years ago these forums weren't around yet.

The best advice I can give you is read, read, and read some more. The more we know about our pets the better we can care for them.

Don't be afraid to ask, even if it sounds silly. It shows you care and want to learn.

Also, be sure to cross reference any info you receive prior to putting anything to action. The drawback to the internet is that anybody can post anything, no matter how wrong or ridiculous. You'll learn who the experienced, knowledgeable keepers are pretty quick.

    Good luck!
