Post your absolute favorite reptile you currently own.

Mine is Charlie...he was my first BP. he was sooo tiny when i got him and he cheers me up no matter how bad my day's been. he is also our most stubborn eater.

I could never pick a favorite, but here’s Curtis the Sulcata tortoise, my first reptile
Almost 3 years old, and currently almost 12 inches long. He’ll be moving outside full time very soon.

Mine is an obvious pick as I only have one reptile, a normal ball python, his name is Crowley and he is now 5 years old. I just love him so much, just like he is my own son. He is an amazing therapy pet and he is always fun to hang around with and watch him play in his room.

Here is a picture of him

    Re: Your #1 reptile

I was gonna post all four as my all time favorites, and they probably are. But I say these two, because they are both beautiful to me, and I remember when the first Pieds were like 50 grand a pair. And I’m crazy about my reduced pattern clown with his solid back stripe, also originally a very out of my price range dream snake!

My favorite lizard is my BTS, Homer. Grumpy at times but intelligent and always observant of what is going on around him. He likes his naps and his snails.

My favorite snake so far has been my king, Nibbler. She is very sweet, even during feeding day, she would hesitate to check if it is my hand in her enclosure or a mouse. I think she is a much older snake than I was told by the pet store where she was surrendered.

Between the two, I think Nibbler would win out. She is such a good snake like my woma, All Might.

    Re: Your #1 reptile

I love all my animals; dogs and reptiles.

I will say though that Behira, my Ghost BI female and I have a special bond. Toref, my baby Freckled Tree Monitor could be up there, if we could bond more without hysterics, as he's pretty cool, but only time will tell there. I will also give an honorable mention to Shayna (BP), Solana (Scaleless Corn and a total angel), and Ferry (kicking Chewie).

Having said all that, Behira and I definitely have the strongest bond. We spend a lot of time together, initially because of her adult size and she deserves respect because of that and her food response. However, now, we just seem to enjoy bonding. Probably me more than her, but she's very comfortable with me and often falls asleep in my lap.
