Exclamation HELP!!!Weird marks and won’t eat

It’s been about three two months since we got her and she’s only eaten a small mouse once. She just went through a shed which was rough but now she has developed these markings. She doesn’t seem to be sick, but I don’t know what to do. HELP!

she hasn’t been laying on a hot heat pad for long periods of time so the red spots don’t seem to be burns

In order to help we'll need more info.

Please tell us about your setup...
    - what type and size enclosure is the snake in?
    - how are you heating the enclosure?
    - are your heat sources regulated by a THERMOSTAT?
    - what are your temps and how are you measuring temps?

    - how much does the snake weigh?
    - what type/size prey are you offering? How often?
    - if F/T how are you defrosting/heating the prey?
    - what was the snake eating before you got it?

I know it seems like a lot of questions, but the more you share the better we can help.

If you can include pics of the snake and the setup that would help a ton too
Many of us use the free app Tapatalk to upload pics. Super easy.
