Ball Python Runny Poo
Hi guys, I picked up a ball python about a month and a half ago and he only just started eating 2 weeks ago and I come to look at him today and noticed he's had a poop, it was the normal colour but it just looked sloppy and a bit runny... Is this usual or is there something I need to do?

What are you feeding him? It probably means nothing, & likely is the result of stress (being new) & eating young ("watery") rodents, as long as it's not full of
mucus, or bloody or weird color (& most of them don't matter much either). Most likely nothin' to stress about.

He was off food for the first month I got him (Now I've had him for a month and 2 weeks ish) but has been eating ASF's for the past 2 weeks, I did dip the head of the rodent in hot water for about 10 seconds just so he could see it and strike it but that's about it. There was no mucus and the colour was the usual dark colour that is is for all my BPs... Thanks for the help

Yeah, hopefully the next time will be better, but I wouldn't worry. Sometimes it is what it is...
