New Female Jungle Carpet Python! :D

Hello everyone. Great news today! My Female JCP came in from StarPythons this morning. She is so fierce. Came flying out of the bag and striking at me. Love her attitude! I will be posting pictures once she comes out of quarantine and eats her first meal. I'm super excited!

JCP, great decision, and congrats! Looking forward to seeing her.
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

Thanks for all the replies! The person who told me to get a snake hook is a life saver. She is so fierce! As soon as I walk by, she coils up and follows me around. She doesn't want to go into her hides for some reason, so for now she's just been sleeping on her perches. She did poop during the night so I had to clean it out. She was not happy about me poking around in her tub. I sure hope her feeding response is as strong as she is fierce. Absolutely love her attitude so far.

Sounds like you're off to a great start! In my opinion, JCPs are probably the most beautiful snake there is.

    Looking forward to pics.

Most Morelia species are very different from BPs; much more confident and curious, even as babies. Many don’t hide much at all. My bredli is always perched out in the open.

Can’t wait to see pics of your new JCP! Congrats on the addition!

Yeah, I can tell! I wonder, can they fully digest a meal while perching? I hope that she finally goes into her warm hide when I feed her.

    Exciting.
I like the attack during the unbagging process.

Doubt you will have feeding issues with that attitude.
