    Zoo Atlanta

Sooooooo I did this thing while on vacation. I went to the zoo. Mainly to check out the reptile house. Everything else was a perk.

All in all the zoo wasn’t all that bug but I do love the reptile and amphibian house. It was neatly done. The zoo was under construction as well. But my crowning jewel was the aquarium.

Very nice pics! I have season pass to the Zoo Atlanta and enjoy the reptile room. They used to have a Black Mamba named Kobe that passed away a couple years ago.

You are welcome. They had a lot of animals that were well camouflaged. Like the king cobra. I spent near five minutes looking for him/her and couldn’t find it.

I am considering moving from Texas to the Atlanta area. You have any good reptile shops I can venture too on my next visit here?

Unfortunately I don't, I've been to 2-3 shops in the area and both seemed pretty run down and the animals didn't seem too healthy. I will say there's been several reptile shows in the past couple years that have generated a nice turnout.
