    My history

So many years ago I had a side effect from medicine I was taking for bi polar. It completely destroyed my cognitive processes. I had to learn how to do everything again. I still cant do basic math. This is why even though I bred corns a long time ago I still ask noobish questions. I honestly do not remember anything from my childhood. The only things I do remember are things that I have been told about. It has been a really big struggle. I just felt that people may wonder how it is that I bred, and still have all these simple questions about things that I should know the answer to. Normally I wouldn't explain this to anyone, but I really like this forum and the people on it. So I figured it would be a good idea to explain myself. Another side note... the reaction I had totally screwed my memory up I cant even remember what I did last night. And that happens on a regular basis.

I struggle too, in the last 15 years I developed some serious health issues. I can totally relate. I struggle to remember so much and would be lying if I said I didn’t struggle with memory issues on a daily basis. Best of luck, hope your doing better.

Thank you for sharing. So many people struggle with things and others have no idea because they are afraid to share.

Thank you for sharing this...it really took some courage, & we appreciate the trust you put in us here to understand. I've been around long enough to know
that life kicks all of us in many different ways, & that even well-intentioned medications & medical care can leave unintended consequences to deal with. I wish
you the very best & certainly don't think less of you or anyone for the issues you struggle with. I'm also glad to know you feel comfortable here...none of us knows
what our own future holds, & we'd be fools if we thought we'd go thru life unscathed.

Thanks guys. I appreciate the support. I just wanted to tell you guys this so you don't sit there and think I'm some sort of liar because I say I bred corns, but then I ask a question like what to do with a snake that wont eat. It just seems fishy to someone that doesn't know my background. It has been a struggle. But now things are looking good. I got a job, I support myself. I have a good girlfriend, and of course I have my Sangre, my pride and joy. I was disabled for 12 years, but now I have turned my life around. If any of you know someone that is going through a similar situation let me know I would be happy to talk with them about my life, and hopefully give them some hope that just because you are disabled now, doesn't mean that you cant succeed in life later on.
