Nick Mutton has a really nice male Darwins Carpet. I'll be looking at more, but that one really caught my eye.

Re: Good places to buy Jaguar/IJ Carpet Pythons?

Also IJ's can be called Papuan carpet pythons, or Irian Jaya's.

    I second Nick Mutton
Also consider Ed Lilley Constrictors Northwest: http://www.constrictorsnw.com/availablesnakes.html (although I don't think he keeps the site up to date as he has more listings elsewhere)

Contacted quite a few breeders today. The price ranges on the same snakes varied so much. One breeder was selling normal jungles for $200, the other was selling normals for $350.

Re: Good places to buy Jaguar/IJ Carpet Pythons?

I'm not surprised at the variance (though I didn't realize jungles cost more than coastals... learn something new every day!). Big names liike some recommended here can have a premium due to their reputation and time/effort spent working on their lines. You may find that some have nicer colors or other things that aren't a morph that are resulting in the higher prices you're hearing.

I highly recommend reaching out to Eric at Escape reptiles and see what he has cooking.
Eric's a great guy and has some amazing animals.
