    I myself found some snakes to be defensive when bothered to much. I know some say several short sessions a day, but I have snakes that do not want to he bothered but 3 times a week and that started around 6 months old. If I leave my burm alone he is great to handle. If I bother him two days in a row he is grumpy that following day.. you can try everyones suggestions, but multiple times a day everyday I have never has success with.
