Question What would be a good pairing?

    Hi All,

I have a gorgeous CB 18 Calibee male called Regulus (my profile picture) and I am still trying to figure out a cracking breeding project for him when he reaches the right size.

I thought I would get some opinions as to what you all would think would be a cracking paring.

Depends on what route you want to go with your project. I myself might look for say an Orange Dream combo female (maybe OD Yellowbelly/OD Enchi or something along those lines). You could also go Desert Ghost route. Use the genetic calculator on MorphMarket or WOBP and play around with different combinations.

    I use Morph Market alot.

I have been offered a lovely cb18 Fire Yellowbelly female and I reckon the offspring would look amazing.

You definitely would make some nice combos with that pairing . I would tell anyone looking to breed to do your homework, breed for what you want in your collection first, and make sure you have the ability to house/feed anywhere from 4 to 7 extra snakes until you can find homes for them.

Oh same here. I wouldn't of gotten in to the hobby if I didn't know what I was doing, incubator is ready, baby rack is built and ready to go too.

The only reason for this post is that I already have a breeding project for my Mojave male and Phantom Blackhead female but with a calibee (and to me he is gorgeous as all hell) the females on my list kinda produced the same project, the firefly, bubblegum, bumble bees etc. So was interested in thoughts from the community

I'm sure you'll get some more ideas from others. I definitely wasn't implying you didn't know what you were doing..just put it out there. Good luck and hope to see some good looking hatchlings posted on here in the future

I'd say any of the following:

    Orange dream

Desert ghost, pied, clown, albino (these are recessive genes, so you wont see any difference in the babies until they're old enough to be mated with another adult containing their same genes but they'll be gorgeous)

    Bamboo

    GHI

    Leopard

    Mystic

    And more!!
