That looks like prolapse. I’m not trying to be rude, but stop “massaging” and “pressing” on the snake and its cloaca. It needs a vet ASAP to prevent further prolapse or infection.

A couple questions. Why were you bathing it? Why do you feel the need to massage it to get urates out? How often are you bathing this snake? A young ball wouldn't usually "brumate" but an adult would take the winter off for breeding season.

It could not be eating due to the baths, especially if frequent. Your "massaging" would also mess up it's normal digestive rhythm and cause issues. Unless there was a hard mass toward the vent and the snake was losing weight rapidly, which I doubt due to the November-March timeline, there's no reason to force anything out of the snake.

TL;DR
Leave the snake alone for a while, quit bathing and massaging it. Put it on paper towels as substrate if the prolapse is still prolapse and get a hold of your vet.

Well that was a before picture back from the start of the thread, I actualy have good news, while I was doing my routine cage cleaning I let him soak in a sugar bath and while his anus looked normal before the bath I thought it would at least help with whatever he was having trouble with and I had to keep him somewhere while I was cleaning the cage. Then last night I tried to feed him the usual thawed Medium white mouse and he actualy ate it. I this whatever his problem was he got over it and I’m happy that he ate again. It’s been six months

BTW, the correct term is "cloaca", not anus... but we knew what you meant.
