    Kett progression thread...

Finally decided on a name for my diamond jungle jaguar...Kett. He's a vampire in one of the book series I follow. He's settling in well and ate for me just a few days after he arrived. I have handled him very little, but am looking forward to it once he has had more time to get used to the new environment.

I've ordered his new cage (4'x2'x2') from Reptile Basics that I will pick up when ready. Should be ordering his Pro Products rhp in the next few days as well, and I already have the thermostat. I'm planning on some branches or PVC perches along with a sky hide of some sort.

Great looking DJJ. I like the name too. My albino female carpet is named Akasha after the mother of all vampires in the Vampire Chronicles series and my scrub python is named Klauss after the vampire/werewolf hybrid in The Originals series even though on the show his name is only spelled with one s . Best wishes with your new carpet. They're awesome snakes.

Total eye candy, & obviously fun to watch also. I like snakes that move around & use their branches... Good name too.
