I wish I could get rid of my double post because I found the one I posted the other day about my corn snake

She's not, actually. The shed skin stretches some when it peels off (remember that the skin actually goes around & under each scale) so it's about 20% longer
than the actual snake is. Not trying to steal her thunder though... Good snake!

Haha, no Thunder stolen but thanks as I did not remember that. In another day I'm going to check her and make sure the eye caps came off properly but being that she just ate yesterday I didn't want to upset her in any way..

Pro tip, you can check the shed for the eye caps instead of waiting to check her. If there is a clear scale in both spots where the eyes are in the shed, then they are not stuck on the snake.

What an adorable baby corn! Love the colours.

As a python owner I'm always so surprised at how thin colubrids are as babies! She looks no thicker than a pencil :o

She's probably the width of a pencil at the most My other snake is a ball python which I've had for 4 months now and I always thought he was small.... wanting him to hurry up and grow . BUT compared to this girl he's not so small. Lol
Funny thing is they're both the same age they are 6 months old so it will be very fun and interesting watching them grow
