Hi,
I am totally new to breeding ball pythons. I kept my pythons in an extra large tank together (i know it is not a right thing to do). Recently i had a unexpected clutch of fertilized eggs from one of my female. I ordered a reptibator online an put all the eggs for incubation. Lately, i am seeing dark spots in the eggs. The temp is constant at 89 degrees and humidity anywhere from 75-90. Is it normal? Was my incubation medium too wet that is causing this? Will it rot the eggs?
I have used vermiculite and per lite as a medium. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
As i mentioned earlier, this is my first time doing this and was not prepared for it. I have moved all of my snakes into individual tubs so that i can keep a track of everything now on.
