    Stunning orchid's

This week my houseplant department has had some amazing orchid's in. Such a vast array of colours makes me want to buy them all.
There's a lot worse places to work that's for sure

Those are gorgeous. I have no luck in raising them, but always love to see them. I’ve been on a few greenhouse tours that have some of the really exotic orchids among the more commonly seen ones. It’s like a treasure hunt.

I've never tried keeping any orchids, but I enjoy seeing them. Toured a large commercial orchid grower's greenhouses back when I lived in So.Calif.- fascinating!

    Thanks ax.
Yes they are Vanda orchid's, just a different colour, the blue/purple ones are my favourite too, I would love a big arboreal Viv with a nice basin ATB and them growing inside it, as there more epiphilic than most common orchid's like the phaelonopsis or dendrobean, normally just a a small black pot of areal roots

growing them in a viv w/ an ATB or other arboreal snake would be sooo koool! u should totally do it! that is so much better than raising orchids in the bathroom like i've done.
