Same here, unless I won a lottery... But those are gorgeous living works of art, for sure, & I'm glad the OP pointed them out.

If you could afford a 4K snake, you wouldn't worry about a $60 shipping fee

Didn't many breeders dish out 10k - 30K on mutations that had just appeared?

Yep. When I was first looking at pieds, they were running $20K-$25K. Way out of my budget back then.

The snakes in the original post are exactly what my Mom wants, high blue gtp. I’m particular that they be cbb. Even those I’ve found that don’t have as much blue are still around $2K. It’s gonna be a while before I can swing one of these.

I don’t think 4K for a amazing snake is that crazy. Heck it’s like $10 for a burger and frys nowadays

Well, we don't all have the same "relationship" with money, that's for sure. And I think they're beautiful snakes, for sure, but my interest in snakes runs more to the
ones that need rescued and the ones that have "personality" (<very subjective, but I know what I like) without much regard for "high fashion". Similarly, my taste
in dogs runs to short-haired mixed breeds from shelters, not fancy purebreds...no matter how much money I had to blow on them, it's just what I like.
