    Ball Python Scale Rot

Is this scale rot? If so, I removed substrate and switched to dry paper towels with no misting to keep humidity low. I cleaned the enclosure, hides/deco/waterdish with water and vinegar. If it is scale rot do I need to treat with some sort of product or will low humidity and dry substrate until the week before next shed be enough to treat this case?

    Thank you!

It's very minor I would not do anything but keep the animal on dry clean paper towel, it will clear with the next shed.
