    Monster feeders

Has anyone ever ordered from monster feeders before? There prices seem to be the cheapest I've found, I think it was 165$ for 65lbs of 2-10+ lb rabbits shipped. I think one more order of mammoth rats from CBC and I might switch to rabbits full time.

If you can get him to respond to messages and emails then go for it. After about the third unanswered email and FB messages with weeks in between them I wasn’t interested in begging him to take my business so I gave up.

That's aggravating, is there anywhere besides rodent pro that has rabbits? For 12 2-4lb rabbits it's about 190 shipped, Guessing they can fit roughly 40lbs in a box. I have a guy local that I can get rabbits raised for human consumption for 5$ lb, obviously once I start crossing the 4-5lb rabbit line rodent pro becomes more economical.

    Agreed!

I live about 2 hours away from him. He is a nice enough guy and he took a half day for my kids and me to go through his retic room a few years back. Back then I sent him specs on a cage I wanted built and he came up with a price.

When I was ready to order, my texts and phone calls went unanswered.

I think there is a bit of instability that surrounds the business.

I've also seen reviews written by some very unsatisfied customers. Not specifically related to the feeders, but the cages and the cretics for sale.

Again, he seems to be a nice person, but a bit disorganized IMO.

Unfortunately, that seems to happen a bit in this hobby. I'm dealing with one right now. Only time I've ever gotten a response back from him on email, it was the answer to a completely different question than what I had asked him.

I had the same issue with a local guy who sells stuff. I ordered a bag of mice from him and I got a response about 2 months later saying my mice were ready for pick up lol. I texted him and said you must have the wrong guy and then he told me. I was like wow man, that was 2 months ago. I ended up picking them up and i tried once more with 15 1.5 lb rabbits and that was about 2 months ago. I wrote him off and just order from Cold Blooded Cafe. I need to find someone for rabbits and baby quails though for Tank and Dozer once they get big enough for poultry.
