    Banana bp Bo progression thread

Okay so I'm finally giving him his own thread instead of just making seperate posts about him whenever he does something exciting lol. So here he is! My little banana guy is currently almost 7 months old, I weighed him tonight & he's sitting at 206g, but he does still have some food in him as of right now, so that may be subject to change lol.
Anyway, while he was out I figured I'd take a couple more pictures of him to share with the world because he's just so darn cute! The scales right above his eyes are getting darker with every shed & I love how it makes him look like he's got little eyebrows, & he's still so bright! His colors are definitely fading, but not as much I'd expected. And one more thing, I've noticed he has little silver streaks at the top of his eyes? They're small & almost impossible to get on camera (it shows up a little in the second photo but it's really faint), but really interesting!

    Very pretty
My banana looks very similar, except no black specs yet...I call them banana seeds. Lol.

Wow he has so many freckles already! I weighed my banana Sunny today and she's 730 grams but doesn't have as many as Bo. Sunny had almost no spots until about 275 grams. And just a couple before that.

Yeah he's super ripe lol! The color & pattern variation in bananas is so interesting (and most other morphs, but the banana freckles make my knees weak haha)

Haha well I'm glad you like the freckles because he will have tons of them soon! Every time they shed more seem to show up.

Oh yes I know! I've had him since he was a few weeks old (got him really young on accident lol), he didn't have a single freckle when I got him! He's shed three times since I got him & he's only getting more beautiful! Super excited to watch his colors change even more as he grows

Bo will just be black because of all the freckles when he's bigger

It's my favorite, as well. Which is why I have a CG girl. She is so beautiful, and she picked up a few new freckles with her last shed. (She also eats like a machine...348g and took down her first weaned rat on Saturday).

I prefer mine doesn't get them but if he does he does... I don't have much control over that. Lol
