    Healing well(sorry a bit graphic)

Last November my albino jungle boa had been In his a few days so we just thought he was in deep shed as he often just takes him self in his warm hide when he’s like that , anyway on lifting his hide to clean his viv we noticed he had a nasty abscess new his cloaca well luckily we managed to get into the vets that afternoon where it was lanced and cleaned, man It stunk, we had to carry on washing it out for a few weeks to make sure it didn’t heal over so it could heal on the inside first, we also had some strong antibiotics to administer to him (sorry wouldn’t let me post a pic said adult pic)
Any way the vet checked his hemipenes and they was both ok,
Well today it looked like this

So pleased with how well he’s healed

What a nasty abscess that was, so glad he's gonna be OK. "Stuff happens", he's lucky you were on top of things.

Thanks everyone, he really didn't enjoy it being flushed every other day, but at least it's done the job,add healed properly.
I'm so pleased with how well it's healed , it wouldn't let me upload the photo from when it was first lanced and cleaned as it said it was adult content

Yeah, I saw you mentioned that earlier...that's goofy! A bit over-censored, eh?

That’s why i put a bit graphic in the headline, but wouldn’t let me upload it into the thread, wasn’t as bad as a live feed in my opinion
