Replacement LED Lights for AP T10

Has anyone replaced there LED lights in their AP cage? Mine went out after only a couple months of use. I spoke w/ Ali at AP last week and she said she would send me some but I haven't received them yet. As a backup and since my BOA has been in the dark, I was hoping to pick up some faster. Anyone know where I can purchase some? It's for a AP T10. Thanks!

Not sure just what they use but you can pick up LED strips at Home Depot and Lowe's. Generally comes in a roll and you trim to length. It's fairly straight forward

Just wait for the lights from AP. You're Boa is nocturnal, she don't mind the dark.

Understood about him not minding the dark but it's hard for me to see and clean up any messes in the dark as well as he's been trained to feed when the lights go out.

Re: Replacement LED Lights for AP T10

My honest recommendation - DO NOT waste your money with cheap multicolored/white LED strips - you know the ones that come with a cool remote...WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I just installed 12" LED lights (18" in the T12) I picked up at Home Depot and they do an amazing job. Installed on top [portion of the litter dam facing towards the back of the enclosure. No more headlamp when I need to clean or feed - just a click of the installed switch and all is well. They have a "low" and a "high" setting - both light up the enclosure nicely. Routed a hole in the side for the wire to pass through then velcro the switch to the side - all set!!! Now I'm thinking about getting smart plugs to control them with my Alexa LOL
