I kind of agree with MR Snakes on this one. You can't fault the company for taking too long to ship to you when they said it could be 14 days and its only been 5. I am kind of confused here. Like what Ax01 said, it could really depend whether they were meaning it'd be 7-14 days for it to arrive at your place, or 7-14 days until they get it shipped out of their place and on its way to you. Either way though, I think its far too early to get antsy. No disrespect meant, just what I'm thinking.

I realize that now. After asking lllreptile what the process was. They told me that they send the order to the manufacturer. And it gets shipped from there. And after looking it up. Found out it comes from Reptile basics. But it's my first rack. So if I order more . Now I know.

I don't remember faulting anybody. I never blamed anything on anybody. I don't know who's posts you're reading cuz iall I remember saying is this is my first rack. I'm excited about getting it. And wish I didn't have to wait 7-14 days. So I don't know where you're getting the faulting part out of that.

But I promise you, I understand the excitement of getting stuff in the mail, especially when its something you're really looking forward to. Its hard to wait, I get that. Its like Christmas, but remember, you gotta wait until Dec. 25.

I have not ordered from LLL Reptile before, but if you are happy with this order and want to buy from them again, maybe they have a rush shipping option for a little extra cash? Would cost more but may be worth it.

No. Coming tomorrow the 14th though. It's just hard waiting that long for. But will give lllreptile this much. They are good at communicating. Was just getting antsy cuz I ordered on the 2nd. They sent me a tracking number on the 3rd. And if they hadn't of done that I would've waited however long it took. But having a tracking number is what did it. Even Reptile basics says they don't send a tracking number till it ships. lllreptile was creating false hope.(jk).
