Well, whether the BOI eventually stays or goes will depend on how much support it gets.
FWIW this is strictly a business decision and unfortunately the site owner will always be at some risk of getting sued because of the BOI, and while he will likely prevail it still costs a lot of money to defend. Other sites like Yahoo, Google Reviews, Facebook, etc. have much deeper pockets.

FB has taken a lot of 'business' from traditional sites. I quit using the BOI and Fauna Classifieds years ago as well as Kingsnake.com. Easier to just join FB pages of what you are looking for and ask around on there and you will be guided to reputable breeders. There's always the FBI still on FB but thats still on FB 
And actually this is the only webpage site i use anymore. Otherwise i am on FB most of the time.
