For measuring temperature I use a Zoo Med digital thermometer. For humidity I use a digital humidity gauge. It isn't reptile specific, but it gets the job done well. I highly recommend digital thermometers and humidity gauges, as analog ones are known for being suuuuper inaccurate

Ambient temp and humidity: AcuRite thermometer / humidity monitor
UTH temperature: Jumpstart thermostat probe between UTH and bottom of enclosure

Planning to also get a digital thermometer with a probe for the inside of the tub soon.

I use Komodo for temps & humidity (digital) as well as an extra digital humidity gauge which I put in the end of the viv he’s sleeping in.

If you don’t mind could you post a picture or link of your humidity gauge. I’ve been looking for a non-reptile ones but don’t know which ones are good.

We can’t get AcuRite stuff over here, well I haven’t seen any. (I’m assuming you’re in the US.

    I use this one:
    https://www.amazon.com/AcuRite-02067...=Acurite+probe

I put the unit at the cold side and probe at the hot side. Works well, monitors both humidity and tempature.

This isn't the exact brand mine is, but mine is similar to this: https://www.amazon.com/Hygrometer-Th.../dp/B07BLY177S
The only thing is mine doesn't also have temperature on it. I like these ones because they're simple and don't take up too much space

I use Accurite brand thermometer and hygrometers. I buy the probeless ones and have 2 in each enclosure. $10 at walmart.

to measure my ambient temps and humidity, i use these BeGrit gauges: https://www.amazon.com/BeGrit-Hygrom.../dp/B017NOLJ3M they're cute and work well. u get a frowny face baby when the humidity (or temps) is outta your preset range. i even use it in my incubator.

for hotspots/warmspot temp taking, i use a probed thermostat: https://www.amazon.com/Zoo-Med-Digit...8791249&sr=8-7

    RIP Mamba
