I get it. I'm not a gamer, but I notice that my boyfriend needs to play his games to relax (he's in his mid 40's). I used to think it was a waste of time too, especially when watching him spend hours trying to find various pelts and rare birds in Red Dead Redemption 2. But hey, we respect each other, and it doesn't hurt anyone, so why not?

I probably have more pairs than my wife. Yes, I know the difference between a Chelsea, a Chukka, or a Jodhpur boot. I can pick out an Oxford from a Double Monk Strap shoe and yes, I have other colors besides Black and Brown.
I will now shamefully shrink back into the shadows.
Wow!!! And my wife says that I'm the only male she knows that has as many shoes as I have. Have you checked out Ace Marks handmade Italian shoes? Great quality at the $200-300 price range. I have several pairs. Mamba out.

Re: What is your guilty pleasure?
I don't really have any 'guilty' pleasures, I don't care who knows what I do or what they think about it.
In my 40s, I still enjoy dying my hair crazy colors and wearing 'weird' clothes (goth/punk/retro). I game every day on my consoles/pc - Anthem VIP demo starts today whooo! BF and I collect CEs and DB stuff, the Dragon Ball Broly movie was epic. I try my hand at art and cosplay even if I'm not that good. I love my trash tv - also currently binge watching 90 day fiance, that $12/yr hulu deal was a godsend for my scripted tv drama fix. I like drama on tv, not in real life.
Be excellent to each other! Party on dudes!

I love The Division! That and the Wildlands Ghost Recon are my favorite Tom Clancy games. I've been sucked in to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain the past month or so. Sadly I looked last night and I was still only at 8% completion. I've been hitting it hard and thought I was making real headway too lol. Games sure have come a long way from the Super Mario Bros and Mike Tyson Punch-out kind of stuff I grew up on. I love me some video games though. Metro Exodus comes out soon too. I'm really considering getting it.

Yes and No. Some of the socks go with the shoes and some just complete the outfit. That said, I am not impeccably dressed all the time, but when I dress up a bit, I'm very coordinated.

At least shoes are fairly practical. I confess to having "a few" antique African trade beads around...mostly made by skilled Venetian artisans 100-200 years
ago & used as currency in Africa until as late as the mid-1900's. Some were also traded among Native Americans. Even with (-or especially because of)
signs of usage, they're pretty cool.
And there are SO many kinds...if only they could talk. Some have been owned more recently by famous people too, but mostly one can only imagine unless
you get them from an estate sale. Hoping they "come back" as currency...
