Defrost then refrigerate
Is it ok to defrost then stick food in the fridge for the next day?

I wouldn't let them get warmed up and then put in fridge. Why not just put in fridge overnight to defrost? Then just warm up before feeding. I do this with jumbo rats and large rabbits since they take so long to defrost.

First time doing it with the food. It still felt a bit cold like. I usually just leave them for a few hours before feeding then warm it up but err.. this is what happens when you have brain farts.

Also I’d forgotten that I’d left it out in the first place. It’s in my fridge now but just wanted to know if it was still ok to feed.

Thanks. Just needed to know as it’s the last one I’ve got.

I'll be glad when mine finally reaches size where he'll be eating the same size meal all the time then I can just buy like a whole month's worth. I'm very picky when I go to get his rodent I always look at their selection and pick out the one that I think looks the best

Defrost then refrigerate
Mines getting big like, especially compared to when I first got him last February.
The only thing that hasn’t changed are his turds. They’re just wrong.
In some shop here mainly the big chain stores (Pets at Home) you can’t see them an can only buy them as individuals, all of them just have packaging on them saying the sizes, bought them once from there.
I mainly go to the shop were I got him from as it’s family run an they know their stuff, breed loads of reps there.
And you can see the rats and buy them in packs.
