Help needed regarding permit to sell reptiles

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone had any information about the breeding and selling of reptiles in Europe? I don't want it to become a big business, but stay more as a hobby. I am currently thinking of breeding a pair of crested geckos. I was wondering if anyone knew if I would need a permit of some sort to do this? (I know all information about taxes etc)

Where in Europe, if you live in France for example and plan on breeding and selling a certain amount of animals or have a certain amount of animals you must have a "certificate of capacity" which is issued by the government.

Each European country will have it's own law when it comes to breeding and particularly breeding exotics.
