    Is she stargazing?

I have had this girl for about a year now, and I have noticed that at night, sometimes she partially turns upside down in the air, or tilts her head up. She is a normal, so she shouldn't have any genetic problems, and sometimes this goes on for hours. Is she just being curious, or is it the dreaded stargaze? This is the first time I have managed to take a photo of it, what do you think?

It's really hard to tell with just pics. A video would be easier to tell. Truthfully though it just sounds like exploring to me. Mine do the same thing at night.

My purple passion does the same thing and it’s just him being curious, my other ball doesn’t do that at all. They are total opposites

Thanks, maybe I'll be able to get a video of it soon.

This makes me feel a bit better. Honestly I wasn't that worried, I just thought it was strange, I hadn't heard of any other bp's doing this sort of 'exploring' before.

It's a symptom of IBD which is a disease that affects pythons and boas.

That is right, but it is also a symptom of IBD.
