He is growing fast, he is now almost 5 months, could not tell ya how much he weights in at, but I know he has got to be right around 60lbs. And he still has more growing to do! He is perfectly house trained, and the most loyal and obedient dog I have ever had. This morning, after taking the kids to school, I grabbed my blanket and pillow and snoozed on the couch, soon as I got up to go upstairs to feed furry critters, I came back down to, Zeus, taking my pillow and my blanket, and he had to have pulled the blanket over him on his own cause when I left the room, it was at the other end of the couch tossed aside.

LOL! I thought my guy was the only one who fiended after pillows! His obsession came to a head when at 18 months we were camping together (my husband, myself and Ka-zar) and were sleeping in a one man tent. First off Ka-zar insisting on coming into the tent then I woke up to him trying to push my off my teeny camping pillow! Not a restful night!

Awwww Jeanne how cute is that! My mother had a dashund who always had her own blanket and would pull it up over herself so I think dogs are very capable of that.
You know after seeing your cute pup and Daniel's hilarious pic of his kitten and the shed I think we need another monthly picture category...maybe something like MOTM...mammal of the month or something LOL. There's just too many cute pics out there I think of our furry, warm blooded friends!
Thanks for all the wonderful compliments. Zeus is truelly an awesome dog, I am totally in love with him. He is my best freind next to my husband (who got Zeus for me). What I found funny was, he decided to use MY blanket and MY pillow.... yet, Zeus actually does have his OWN blanket and pillow (which were actually on the floor about 4 feet away), and chew things and "George" his stuffed elephant, and ropes, etc. He is spoiled and has had his own belongings right from the day we brought him home. In fact, all our dogs have thier own belongings.

Well heck Jeanne any self-respecting doggie just knows that it's owner's stuff is waaaaaaaaaaay more nice than it's own stuff LOL! He's a sweet pup and I bet will be just a gorgeous big male when he's done growing. Can't believe all the fantastic GSD's people on this forum own. Makes me miss the two we had when I was growing up.
