I forgotten more music than can remember but here goes.

70's
Elton John (Madman Across the Water)
Led Zeppelin (Rain Song)
Aerosmith (Seasons of Wither)
Van Halen (Ain't Talkin bout Love)
The Cars (Night Spots)

80's
Echo and the Bunnymen (The Cutter)
Smiths (How soon is now)
The Police (Synchronicity II)
B52s (Mesopotamia)
Peter Gabriel (Mercy Street)
Talking Heads (Girlfriend is Better) Live version from Stop Making Sense

When the 90's hit, all bets were off with alternative and grunge. Couldn't get enough of Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, STP, Nirvana, Jane's Addiction, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sloan, REM, etc.

As far as Country goes, it was never the same once Garth Brooks came on the scene. He did to country what Poison did to Rock.

My only other secret indulgence is a woman and a piano, i.e. Tori Amos, Sarah Mclachlan, Sara Bareilles, Missy Higgins, etc.
