    Glue questions

So I'm probably being overly cautious, but I bought a bowl for my baby ball python and the reptile shop had the price tag inside the bowl. As expected, after I removed the tag there is still some glue residue left behind that won't come off completely with a razor blade, it remains sticky to the touch. So my questions are: 1) is the glue that remains harmful to my snake since she will be soaking in it and drink from it? And 2) what other methods are safe and effective for removing the sticky glue residue? Thanks for your advice!

    Rubbing alcohol will remove it.

Then just rinse the alcohol away with water?

I would probably just clean after the alcohol with hot water and soap (I usually use dish soap). I've used rubbing alcohol before for sticker removal and water alone didn't seem to remove all the smell and presumably some residue if there is smell.

Yeah just wash it out. It'll probably evaporate by the time you get to the sink but best to err on the side of caution anyway.
