Question Brazilian Rainbow boas X Venezuela?

    Hey!
I apologies for the really stupid question but would you be able to breed a Brazilian Rainbow boa to a Venezuela rainbow boa? Again I feel like this is a stupid question but it's just one of those things I think about lol
    Thanks

So how many different ones are there ??

Pretty sure Columbian Rainbow Boa are a kinda drab browny colour ... Brazilians are the more beautiful looking .

I'm sure there's a third variation at least and that's also not very colourful ( compared to BRBs) .

Re: Brazilian Rainbow boas X Venezuela?

Like many locality specific boas, it's frowned on cross breeding localities, making them less marketable. The Brazilian rainbows are the rock stars of the group, but the Colombian and Venezuelan rainbows are beautiful in their own right.

Here are some pictures of Hudson, my 30 year old Colombian after a shed. Even the adults have faint patterns and loads of iridescence. I'm biased, but I find my CRB as beautiful as any BRB.

Edit...pictures aren’t great, he’s a bit large and wiggly for single handed handling.
