Shedding Problems
I recently purchased a new Bp baby, he is doing quite well. I have fed him a few times and have begun handling him more often. He is one of the best I've had, in terms of temperment and eating. However I'm having quite a hard time with his first shed. I have a very nice encloser, 20 gallon tank, two temp gauges, humidity gauge, multiple hides, and rough areas to rub against. Everything is perfect with the temps and humidity, but for some reason he is having some problems. I placed him in a warm damp pillowcase for about 30 min and it still hasn't seemed to help enough. Any advice or ideas would be great. Thanks

Re: Shedding Problems
Take a small rubbermaid-like container and throw in an old cloth then fill it with water up to 1/3 of their body (lukewarm). Add snake. Close the container and put it back in the enclosure. (Make sure your temps are right too 92-94 hot side) Leave for one hour. Then use the cloth to gently wipe away the shed. Repeat if needed the next day, until you've gotten all the shed off. Make sure the eyecaps come off! Good luck.
