Question about water bowls...
So, I'm wondering, what kind of water bowls does everyone use for burms and retics? I want to upgrade my 2 burms water dishes to something a lot bigger than what they have but not sure where to find one or what I can use.
They are both in 8'x3'x3' cages, so I have plenty of room to give them bowls they can soak in. My female is 13ft and male is around 10ft.
I was looking at this bowl http://www.snakemuseum.com/reptile-b...-pet-tekk.html
But i'm also looking for more options to see what else I can use.

Re: Question about water bowls...
I don't have snakes that large myself, but I've seen very big dog/farm animal rubber-ish bowls at tractor/farm supply stores. And I've seen some people mention just using larger size tubs from the sturdier brands.
I did a sump setup on an aquarium with the hefty ~100qt tub and it held water up to 2/3rds height without bowing. (36"×18"×12" approx dimensions) a smaller tub by them would probably hold up well, especially if you use the 6" height ones.

Thats what I use. The Camo 5QT (1.25 gal) for up to 2 years old then the Horse Bowls 8qt (2 gallons) is more than enough for the 8’ enclosures. I also use more than one to control Humidity if needed.

I was looking at those bowls the other day with the intent of using them as a hide. But they have a very strong odor. Wasn't sure if they were safe or not.
